My CarolinaEast Care is an online resource for patients of CarolinaEast Medical Center and CarolinaEast Physicians. This portal allows you to securely access portions of your medical records at any time, from anywhere. The portal is accessible from mobile or desktop devices, and allows you to view information from your electronic medical records including:

• Medical history
• Active and resolved health issues
• Selected lab and test results

With My CarolinaEast Care, you are also able to schedule appointments and request prescription refills.

New Users: Ask about obtaining access to My CarolinaEast Care during your next office visit. After providing your email address, you will receive an invitation email with instructions on how to create your account.
